Refund Policy

Before purchasing, customers can try the free calculator and quotation builder. The RM9.90 product is delivered digitally after verified payment.

If access is not activated after successful payment, or a duplicate charge occurs, contact niagacekap@gmail.com with the order number within 7 days. Verified technical or duplicate-payment issues will be investigated and corrected or refunded where appropriate.

Change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after digital toolkit access has been activated, subject to applicable Malaysian consumer law.
